말랑소트 개인정보처리방침

말랑게임즈(Mallang Games, 이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 말랑소트(Mallang Sort)(이하 "본 앱")를 이용하시는 분들의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고 다루지 않는지를 설명합니다.

요약 - 개발자는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입이 없고, 게임 진행도는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 다만 본 앱에 포함된 Google AdMob 광고가 광고 제공을 위해 광고 식별자 등 일부 정보를 처리합니다(4항).

1. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 정보

개발자는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소, 생년월일, 위치정보, 연락처, 사진 등 개인정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다.

회원가입 절차가 없으며, 로그인 기능도 제공하지 않습니다. 개발자가 운영하는 서버가 없어 게임 기록이 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

게임을 이어서 즐길 수 있도록 아래 정보가 이용자의 기기 내부 저장소에만 기록됩니다. 이 정보는 외부로 전송되지 않으며 개발자가 열람할 수 없습니다.

본 앱을 삭제하면 위 정보는 기기에서 함께 삭제되며, 복구할 수 없습니다.

3. 제3자

개발자가 직접 수집하는 개인정보가 없으므로 개발자가 제3자에게 제공하는 개인정보도 없습니다. 다만 아래 서비스가 본 앱 안에서 자체적으로 정보를 처리합니다.

4. 광고 (Google AdMob)

본 앱은 무료로 제공하기 위해 Google의 광고 서비스 AdMob을 사용합니다. 광고는 두 가지 방식으로 노출됩니다.

보상형 광고 - 이용자가 직접 선택했을 때만 재생됩니다(하트 충전, 힌트 충전).
전면 광고 - 레벨을 넘어갈 때 이따금 표시됩니다.

AdMob은 광고를 게재하고 성과를 측정하기 위해 다음과 같은 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, AAID)
기기 정보(모델, OS 버전, 언어, 대략적 위치 등)
광고 노출·클릭 등 이용 기록

이 정보는 Google이 자체 정책에 따라 처리하며, 개발자는 개별 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 형태로 이를 열람하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 아래에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

맞춤 광고 끄기: Android 기기의 설정 → Google → 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 이용자에게는 최초 실행 시 Google User Messaging Platform을 통해 동의를 요청합니다.

앱 내 광고 제거를 구매하시면 전면 광고가 더 이상 표시되지 않습니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 원할 때만 재생되므로 그대로 남습니다.

4-1. 인앱 결제

결제는 Google Play 인앱 결제를 통해 처리되며, 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 Google이 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 정보를 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다. 구매 여부만 이용자의 기기에 기록됩니다.

5. 인터넷 연결

퍼즐 자체는 인터넷 없이도 즐길 수 있습니다. 모든 레벨이 앱 안에 들어 있기 때문입니다. 다만 광고를 불러오거나 결제를 처리할 때는 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 연결이 없으면 광고가 표시되지 않을 뿐, 게임 진행에는 지장이 없습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자가 아동으로부터 개인정보를 직접 수집하는 일은 없습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

개발자가 보유한 개인정보가 없으므로 개발자에게 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 대상 정보가 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 게임 진행도는 앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지워 언제든 직접 삭제하실 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자에 대한 권리는 4항의 방법으로 행사하실 수 있습니다.

Mallang Sort - Privacy Policy

Mallang Games ("we", "the developer") built the mobile game Mallang Sort ("the App"). This page explains what the App does - and does not - do with your information.

In short - we collect no personal data ourselves. There is no account and your progress is stored only on your own device. The App does include Google AdMob advertising, which processes an advertising identifier and device information in order to serve ads (section 4).

1. Information We Collect Ourselves

We do not collect or store any personal information - no name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, location, contacts, or photos. There is no sign-up and no login, and we run no server, so your game records are never sent anywhere.

2. Data Stored On Your Device

So you can pick up where you left off, the following is saved only in your device's local storage. It is never transmitted, and the developer cannot access it:

Highest unlocked level
Best result per level (stars and move count)
Remaining hearts and their refill time
Sound on/off setting
Whether you have already seen each mechanic's tutorial card
Whether you own the ad-removal purchase

Uninstalling the App deletes this data permanently.

3. Third Parties

We share no personal data, because we collect none. The following services operate inside the App and process data on their own terms:

Google AdMob - serving ads (section 4)
Google Play Billing - processing purchases (section 4-1)

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep the App free, we use Google's AdMob advertising service. Ads appear in two ways:

Rewarded ads - played only when you choose to (to refill a heart or a hint).
Interstitial ads - shown occasionally when moving to the next level.

AdMob may process the following in order to serve and measure ads:

Your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)
Device information (model, OS version, language, coarse location)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

Google processes this data under its own policies; we never see it in a form that identifies you. See Google's Privacy Policy and how AdMob uses data.

Opting out: on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads to delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads. Users in the EEA and the UK are asked for consent on first launch via Google's User Messaging Platform.

Purchasing Remove ads in the App stops interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available, since they only play when you choose to watch one.

4-1. In-App Purchases

Purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Payment details are processed by Google; we neither collect nor store them. Only the fact that you own the purchase is stored on your device.

5. Internet Access

The puzzles themselves work offline - every level ships inside the App. An internet connection is needed only to load ads or process a purchase. Without one, ads simply don't appear and the game plays normally.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed primarily at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights

As we hold no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. You can remove your locally stored progress at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its data in your device settings. Advertising-identifier controls are described in section 4.
